Over my gap year, I was an Associate Intern at Foothill Ventures (previously Tsingyuan Ventures) over 6 months, during which I created the “Founder’s Lessons” series from the ground-up. I conducted and published interviews with 23 startup founders across deep tech, healthcare, and clean energy. I also wrote 7 insight articles, created compilation videos, and designed all the branding for this series.
The series has reached 22K+ views and 50K+ minutes read. I also designed and led an intern-matching program with 20 startups, leading to 10+ hires.
My favorite insight articles are on female founders and building culture. I also created all the design assets (which have continued to be used), wrote social media posts, and created condensed interview videos (like this one).
